Fabolous might be going to prison for a long time.

The rapper beat up his longtime girlfriend Emily B some months ago and even though they have settled, a grand jury has indicted Fabolous on four felony charges for the alleged assault.

A grand jury in New Jersey has indicted Fabolous on four felony charges last week including one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening and one count of possession of a weapon — the scissors he brandished in the previously surfaced footage of his altercation with Emily B and her family.

All four charges that Fab’s been indicted on are for third-degree crimes in the state of New Jersey. Each charge carries a max of a five-year sentence behind bars. That means Fab could be in prison for 20 years.

We can only wait to see the sentencing he will get from the judge.
